Irregular cut pork chops (Do to the nature of Heritage Pigs (Mangalitsa) not being as cookie-cutter as commodity pigs. Our processors will have packages with chops that are not the same size). Two (2) Mangalitsa pork chops, approximately ranging from 8-12 oz each.

These are the same fantastic Mangalitsa Pork Chops, only irregular in size. Still single bone thick, so that they are just as tender and flavorful as the bigger Mangalitsa Chops. Cook as you would like, but remember to only go to 145 degrees F. and then let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Great for a husband and wife that do not want the same portion sizes!
